Features
- Low 4o machine angle with the ground means low loading height and less stress on the plastic film as the bales leave the tail ramp.
- 2 metre wide bale chamber with simple width adjustment guide arms.
- Two medium square bales can be loaded at a time.
- Bale pusher travel is adjustable in stroke to reduce cycle time.
- 2 hydraulic cylinders apply compaction force to the bale pusher and combine for high speed return.
- Four new generation applicators, 750mm wide, are geared to provide a uniform stretch.
- Applicators are driven by two 1" pitch chains running in a plastic track for smooth, positive running in all conditions.
- Applicator rollers run on sealed bearings.
- Side access doors fitted with approved safety switches.
- Telescoping drawbar supported with springs.
- Floor becomes level when in transport position.
- No back loading of bales is required for starting.
- Hydraulic pressure gauge fitted to read pusher trolley compaction force.
- Fully automatic cycle starts once bale is placed on the bale loading trip sensor.
- Deflector panels to hold the ends of loose bales and guide them into the applicator area.
- Extra layers of film can be applied between bales.
- Hydraulically adjustable disc brakes fitted with a pressure gauge.
- Automatic engaging push bar and guide track for bale ejection.
- Fitted with required transport lighting and warning signage.
- LED flood lights.
